No Answer?

Business is keeping us busy and we are currently building a new shop to expand our service capabilities and house our parts inventory. Unfortunately, this means we are not always available to answer the phone.

Please do not hesitate to leave us a message on our answering machine. We will return your call as soon as possible. We often return calls in the evening, which is usually a convenient time for our customers as well. Email is also a great way to contact us. Send a message to John at jwelch@wcengineering.com.

Ordering Instructions

Online	We have integrated an online ordering system by PayPal into our website. If you wish to pay via major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express), eCheck, or PayPal balance, feel secure in using this system to place an order. You do not need to be an existing PayPal member to use this service.
Phone, Fax, Email	We also take phone, fax, and email orders and we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, personal and company checks, and money orders for payment. (We reserve the right to wait for checks to clear before shipping items.)

All shipping charges to destinations within the US are included in the purchase price. Small additional charges are applicable for shipments to Europe, Japan, or Australia and are based on the size and weight of the item. For each item, select the destination in the accompanying dropdown menu to view the additional shipping charge.

Adding the item to the shopping cart after selecting the destination will charge the correct shipping. If your country is not within these regions, contact us and we will quote a shipping price.

After adding an item to the cart, a new window will appear with the contents of your shopping cart. You may continue adding to this cart or remove items at any time. When you are through, click on the "Checkout" button.

You will then be taken to PayPal's payment screen which will display the subtotal of your purchases and any additional shipping charges (based on the locations you chose when adding items to the cart). PayPal will guide you through the rest of the payment process. You do not need to be an existing PayPal member to use this service.

All items are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (Global Priority for international orders). Items are shipped out within one or two business days.
